Arthur Rice, CMHC, is one of Aliya Health Group's therapists at Vogue Recovery Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. Art works with our veteran clients,  specializing in trauma, stress, family, and relationship issues. He is a compassionate therapist who works with clients to gain insight into their life circumstances and develop healthier coping skills for healthier outcomes. Art also brings his expertise in mindful techniques that he has learned through his own personal practice to help our veterans overcome some of the challenges they face daily.

Arthur Rice is also a Navy Hospital Corpsmen Veteran and President of Restorative Empathy Counseling Services P.C. His career within the clinical space began at Penn State Altoona where hr received his Bachelor of Science (BS) in Psychology with a minor in Human Development Family Studies. To further his education, he then went on to receive his Master of Science (MS) in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) at the University of Nevada in Las Vegas.
